Shizuko

Light-bodied, comes with roasted chestnut note, followed by hints of pistachio sweetness and nuttiness before tapering into a clean, mild astringency. It finishes with a comforting roasted sweetness and a crisp vegetal freshness that lingers lightly.

Rin

Single-origin Yabukita with a full-bodied texture. Its profile opens with the savory depth of nori sheets, then unfolds into layers of honeyed sweetness, finishing with a gentle almond nuttiness. It is also naturally low in bitterness, offering a delicately layered taste experience that’s both approachable and memorable.

Rika

Rika is crafted from a carefully selected blend of Yabukita and Okumidori cultivars. The tea leaves are shade-grown for 25–30 days before harvest, allowing them to develop a vibrant jade green colour and a strong umami profile with rich, layered complexity. On palate, Rika opens with subtle vanilla notes, followed by dark chocolate richness and a strong, savoury umami finish to create a full-bodied experience. It finishes with a mild bitterness that adds balance and enhances the overall depth of the flavour.
