How do I store the matcha / hojicha powder?
- Store in a cool, dry place away from odors, moisture, heat sources, and direct sunlight.
- Recommended storage temperature: below 15 °C (59 °F), or refrigerated for best results.
- After opening, reseal and keep it airtight — refrigerator storage is ideal.
- Handle in a low-humidity environment.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent condensation.

Recommended recipe for Iced Matcha Latte?
- Sift 5 g of matcha powder.
- Add 50 ml of milk or 40 ml of hot water (80 °C).
- Whisk using a bamboo whisk or froth with an electric frother.
- Separately, prepare a cup of ice with 120 ml of milk (optional: add 10 ml of sweetener).
- Gently pour the matcha onto the milk and enjoy!
