Made from a custom blend of Yabukita and Longjing tea cultivars, it brings together the smooth, balanced character of Japanese-origin Yabukita cultivar with the fresh aroma and vibrant green color of the Chinese-origin Longjing cultivar.

Developed in close collaboration with our partner tea farm, Shizuko offers a clean umami body, gentle sweetness, and a touch of pleasant astringency.

Harvested in early spring (April), first flush.
